Camping near the hotel

Our campground is the riverflat before you come to the Newnes Hotel.  There is also free camping at the National Park just down the road from us. However they are closed at the moment. Our campsites have access to the river and there is plenty of space for the kids to run around and kick a ball.  There are fire places and we sell fire wood at the Hotel Kiosk.

Camping guests use our shower and toilet block and they are welcome to use the covered BBQ and Pizza oven area. The Pizza oven needs to be booked in advance and charges apply.  It takes 4 hours and 2 wheelbarrows of wood to heat it up.

The campsites are not powered.

We treasure the peace and quiet of Newnes.  Most of our guests join the relaxed rhythm of nature. If you need to party til late - please do not come to Newnes...and please no generators or other 'brum-brums' !

Camping Rates

The rates below include $200 for transferring people in and out.

Weekend (from Fri. pm. until Sun. pm): $250 per car

Long Weekends (from Fri. pm. until Mon. am): $270 per car

Weekdays (from Mon. until Fri. am.): $230 first night per car, $250 for two, 270 for three...

Full week: $400 per car
